Spinach Roulade Recipe

Chop and fry an onion with 200g spinach. season with our Seasoning Seaweed Blend, black pepper, parsley and grated nutmeg. Allow to cool and chop finely. Whisk 4 eggs with 1 tsp Sweets & Baking Seaweed Blend, fold in 50g wholemeal flour and spinach mix and spread out on a greased, lined, swiss roll tin. Bake at 200 deg C for 10 mins, turn out onto parchment paper and roll from long edge. When cool, spread with your favourite cream cheese and sprinkle with Salads and Stirfry Seasoning Blend and some chopped chives. Re-roll, chill for 10 mins and slice.
